To cancel or reschedule a consultation, please tell us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
To cancel a course, please tell us at least 7 days before the course start date.
When a cancellation is made within the time limits above, your refund is processed within 7 to 15 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations made after these time limits, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
If we need to cancel or postpone a session or course, you will get a full refund or the option to reschedule.
